Dancing in Mindfulness Workshop

• We come to you! Available for: during school, after school (Elementary, Middle & High Schools) intensive dance studio workshops, organizations/corporate team building workshops

• Each session will begin & end with a Mindful Moment/One Word Expressive movements, Understanding emotions, Stretching & Across the floor movements​ to include "What dance looks like when we are not moving"

• Production/Showcase at the end of workshop sessions (only if the workshop is nine weeks are more)

• Dance genres include: Contemporary/Modern, Hip Hop, Jazz & Musical Theatre

Choreography Services

Are you looking for choreography for your dance team, event, wedding, music video or theatrical production? We provide choreography services for any need!

Development Consulting

It is our goal to assist other non-profit organizations succeed in telling their narratives & receiving the proper funding to be operational. Life is an 8 Count Inc. assists non-profit organizations with:

• Grant writing

• Create and oversee grant calendar for grants the organization should apply for.

• Works with the Marketing team on narratives and the Finance team on budgets. 

• Stewards relationships with individual donors which includes ensuring each donor receives applicable benefits, thank you note, tax letter or other incentives in a timely manner.

• Plans and executes annual fund mailings at the end of the calendar year and fiscal year.

• Planning fundraising events & galas.
